Exchange Policy

We're committed to ensuring you're happy with your purchase, Please review our exchange guidelines below:
1. Eligibility Period

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Condition of Items

Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition, items showing signs of us, damage, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

3. Defective Items

If you item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide a one-to-one exchange at our designated exchange location.

4. Exchange for Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7days with your order number and photos/videos for verification.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used fans and accessories cannot be exchanged unless the are defective.

6. Exchange Process

To request as exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page. We will provide the exchange location and further instructions.

We work with reputable logistics providers, including J&t Express, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly. 

All products come with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects.
